Working side-by-side with clients who are developing inspires me both as a professional and researcher in this field. I deeply appreciate the honest questions, tough challenges and confidences clients share with me as they seek to take a fuller perspective on their goals and growth. At the very core of my work is the belief that achieving our potential is a liberating process that has more to do with removing the layers that weigh us down than it has to do with changing, or adding in something new. Progress in one's development makes life and work so much easier, staying stuck in challenges and complexity is so much harder and costly. My focus as a coach is to create the circumstances and initiate the conversations that make this process uplifting, powerful and immediately beneficial to my clients. Client after client, I see the meaningful and fulfilling outcomes they achieve through coaching. I see them advance in their lives and careers and I am reminded why my life's work matters... to others and to me.
