Developmental Leadership Coach and Executive Development Facilitator

Leadership development and organizational change are my passion. Based upon my experience as a corporate marketing executive working in Europe and in the US, I have developed my own consulting and executive coaching practice and am working for a large range of international clients. As a member of the Columbia Business School executive education faculty team, I am invited to facilitate and coach groups of corporate executives attending Columbia Business School executive leadership programs and provide support for Columbia MBA and EMBA students and alumni for career-related issues. My practice is built upon theoretical foundations of the doctoral program in adult learning and leadership at Columbia University Teachers College such as transformative learning, critical reflection, team learning and communities of practice.
